There are 3 different workshops to choose from (or do one at a time) over Zoom, each described below.
This 6-week workshop (Tuesdays at 9 am) is focused on understanding the different parts that exist within each of us. We have may “subpersonalities” that have different perspectives, different fears, different desires, and different jobs. We also have a core aspect of us that is described as “Authentic Self”, “Self-Energy”, “Soul-Energy”. We will learn ways to work with our parts and to identify when we are in this Self-Energy and strategies to bring out this inner energy into daily life. This workshop is focused on education and the integration and application of this information into your life.
My intention for creating this workshop is for it to be a space for women to learn about themselves, build a relationship with themselves in a deeper way and learn how to bring more Self-Authenticity into their lives.
Each workshop will come with a 20+ page workbook with information and exercises so you can keep the information discussed and track your progress.
What you’ll get from this 6-week workshop:
A relationship with yourself and living your life with the most authentic aspect of yourself in the lead more of the time has the ability to transform the way you live. It leads to emotional maturity, self-leadership, and living a principle-based life of greater authenticity, rather than the emotional whirlwind in which so many of us live.
This workshop runs weekly (Wednesdays at 9 am) and is a dedicated hour each week where we focus on identifying issues that are on your heart or mind, release the emotional intensity and weight they carry, guide you to free up energetic space within you, and assist you in building a new energy and intention for that issue or area of your life.
Each week may be a new issue for you to bring forward or it may be working through several layers of the same issue, or a combination of the two.
We will use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) predominately but may also use other release techniques as needed.
This is an open group – people can start the group or finish the group each month, depending on individual needs.
My intention for creating this workshop is for it to be a space for women to address the current issue that is feeling heavy for them, work through it, release as much of it as possible for that day and create a different relationship with that issue. This workshop will meet every Tuesday at 9 am.
I have found through the years that when my individual clients express interest in doing this type of release work in their sessions, they often feel a considerable energy shift in their system that can last for days or even weeks. I do find that there tends to be an accumulative effect in that the more release work you do, the lighter you tend to feel over time. I wanted to create this group to provide an opportunity to do release work on a consistent basis with the goal of consistent energetic shifts in peoples systems.
I decided to set this up as a monthly membership, so you pay each month to have access to the meetings. However, you can come to as many or as few of the weekly meetings as works with your schedule. So, in a typical month you could come to as few as one meeting or as many as four meetings (with a few exceptions such as holidays). You are welcome to stay in this group for as long as feels right for you. This membership model was inspired by my Pilates instructor who has a similar set up in her business and over the years I have found it to really work for me.
What you’ll get from this weekly workshop:
This workshop runs weekly (Thursdays at 9 am) and is a dedicated hour each week where we focus on creating vision, goal-setting and positive mindset for various elements of your life. Each week we will open space for a different aspect of your life and spend time brainstorming, journaling and visualizing what you would like that area to look like for the future. I will likely repeat the life areas every 3 months - so this is an opportunity to not only create vision, goal-setting and positive mindset quarterly, but also to create accountability from quarter to quarter on the progress of your goals and vision.
This is an open group - people can start or finish the group each month, depending on what feels right in their lives.

Through the years I have repeatedly heard from my clients that they would love to create vision for their future, do goal-setting exercises, create a healthy mindset for their lives…but rarely do they actually carve out the time and space to do it. This group is like the homework aspect of therapy, but rather than leaving you alone to do it (probably never) we dedicate an hour each week to working on it together. Imagine what consistent proactive focus on building your life could do for you in the way you feel about yourself, your life and your future.

The commonality in each workshop is that you will do this inner work in a supportive group setting, with other women who are also working on themselves and on their own journeys of personal growth and self-awareness. Being in a group setting not only provides support, a common "vibe", and sharing a common goal, but it also gives you the opportunity to hear other women's stories and learn from their experience. You don't have talk in the group if you prefer to listen. There will be a few moments each week to share your experience but only if you feel called to at that time.
Isolation and disconnection from others is a growing problem in the world today. I have read articles that cite this as one of the main issues that is fueling mental health decline in many people. These workshops are a way of connecting people with similar goals to gather in mutual support and commitment to creating a better future.
Another added bonus of doing an online group is that you can do it in the comfort of your home or your office.
These workshops are for women who are at a place in their lives where they are ready
to make the commitment to themselves to do their inner work.
Women 18 years and over who are residents of Alberta or Saskatchewan
Women who are interested in doing inner work to create more personal growth in their lives
Women who are open to spirituality (whatever that means to you)
Women who are able to follow guided meditations and journal in silent contemplation
What I am skilled at as a psychologist is “holding space” for people to do their own inner work and come to their own solutions for their lives. I will act as a guide for this inner work and hold positive vibrational space for you to do it alongside the other members in the group.

My name is Jennifer. I have been a psychologist for nearly 20 years and have supported my clients through many different challenges.
I own a private practice in Lloydminster, AB and have been serving Alberta and Saskatchewan clients for the past 2 decades through individual, couples and family counselling.
My background is in both psychology and spirituality, as I hold master’s level degrees in both areas. I love supporting people to rise in their emotional self-awareness, their relationship with themselves, and rise in their ability to live more authentic lives. This usually has ripple effects in their ability to be intelligently aware of other's inner worlds, deepen their relationships with others, and live lives that feel more aligned to personal priorities and goals.
As a wife, mom of two teenagers, and community member I have journeyed with thousands of clients through their highs and lows. I search for ways to help my clients rise into living lives that feel more meaningful and aligned to them.
I am shifting my focus towards group workshops as another way to support people who want to work with me. I especially enjoy working with women and have a deep understanding of the challenges women face, as I face those challenges in my life as well.
I am licensed as a Registered Psychologist in both Alberta and Saskatchewan. I was born and raised in Saskatoon where I completed my first two university degrees. I lived in Edmonton for 5 years where I completed my third and fourth degrees and met my husband in school. We then relocated to Lloydminster to be closer to both of our families and have been here running our private practice for the last two decades. I have lived and worked throughout AB and SK and love working with and supporting other women building their lives on the prairies.
The cost of the workshops is $295 per month for the ongoing groups (Groups 1 and 2). Group 3 is a time-limited group of only 6 sessions and is $495 in its entirety. The time-limited group will be chunked into cohorts and I will begin each cohort when enough people express interest.
You may be able to get reimbursed through your extended health insurance, but it’s up to you to check that as insurance plans differ greatly in what they will reimburse. I provide a monthly receipt for you to submit to your insurance or use with your accountant for health and wellness. The receipt will say “psychological services”.

Please note:
These workshops are not appropriate for people who are currently struggling with suicidal ideation or mental health issues that severely interfere with daily life - in those cases individual counselling is recommended.
In summary, ask yourself what would it mean to you personally to be able to bring the best and truest version of yourself into your life more frequently? How would this impact your marriage, your relationship with your kids, your career, and your feelings of self-worth?
I intend for women to join the group who feel resonant with this workshop idea and aligned with the topics to be covered. I have created 3 different groups with 3 different focuses so you can pick the one you are most interested in at this time (and possibly do 2 or all 3 workshops over time if you feel inclined).
